Shanghai just hosted a major showcase of innovative technology that promises to brighten the future of each single geek worldwide. Well some if it. From June 7th to 9th, CES Asia presented some of the most advanced tech products developed by the largest Chinese and foreign brands around the world.
Simon Vericel, Influence Matters’ GM, took part to the event to support our client Virtuos, and he didn’t miss the chance to witness what the future of tech has to hold. Take a look at what went on at Shanghai New International Expo Center.

CES Asia is the major event focused on consumer technology and the only industry expo specifically targeting the Asia-Pacific market. As every year, CES registered an outstanding number of both companies and attendees, attracting the attention of local and foreign media. In 2017, 439 companies exhibited the fruit of their research, and over 33,000 attendees enjoyed the tech fair that featured 135 speakers. Among them, Kevin Ho (Huawei), John Zeng (Wanda Group) and Xiaoming Hu (Alibaba) represented a few of the most successful companies of the country.

The high-tech products showcased belonged to several different categories, such as Lifestyle, Wearable, AR, Mobile, Drones and so on.

Despite the considerable number of exhibitors, our client Virtuos was able to grab the attention of the attendees thanks to its VR installation, hosted by the French Tech pavilion. Virtuos’ booth became a must at CES Asia 2017, offering its visitors an immersive gaming experience supported by the most innovative VR technology.
To boost Virtuos visibility in occasion of CES 2017, Influence Matters had scheduled a couple of interviews for CEO Gilles Langourieux with some of the major international and French tech media, which led to the publication of a few well-received pieces of content.

Until the next one…
