Junior Account Executive/Account Executive (B2B Tech) Beijing
BEIJING
Location: Beijing
On-boarding: February 2025
The candidate has a passion for B2B technology, a savvy for news and social media. Strong in content crafting, media relations building, fast-learner of fast-involvement technology and communication channels. This position is ideal for candidates who look for a fast career development environment and are willing to take on interesting challenges to serve international B2B tech unicorns including semiconductor, AIoT, Automotive Tech, etc. and strive to do work that Matters.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create social, corporate and B2B marketing content for clients independently, manage social media account operation, monthly editorial planning and daily client liaison
- Take initiative on editorial opportunity research, consistently build up media relations and in-depth editorial opportunities with trade, business and general media, tech KOLs
- Handle client reports, media monitoring reports, maintain and build in-depth and round media relations
- Support peers and senior consultants on media events, preparing communication proposals and pitching process
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 months internship in global PR agencies or media specialized in tech, B2B or corporate communications
- Proficient in both Chinese and English speaking, reading and writing, editorial mind
- Strong and passionate about content and amplifying on media impact, and integrated communications
- A great team player with excellent communication skill

This position requires minimum one year work experience in media or global agency specialized in tech, B2B or corporate communications. Strong in social media and digital content, experience in short video content and independently managed tasks for clients is a plus. This position is ideal for candidates who look for a fast career development path in content specialist and to serve international B2B tech clients including SaaS, IoT, semiconductor and strive to do work that Matters.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and craft social or PR content for clients based on painpoints, industry trendy topics with storytelling approach, manage social media account operation, monthly editorial planning
- Take initiative on social campaigns, consistently come up creative social campaign ideas
- Have good sense with B2B hot topics in social language, good at storytelling
- Handle and manage social channels results and client reports
- Support peers and Account Director on social media planning, preparing proposals and pitching process

(Senior) Account Manager / Consultant Shanghai
SHANGHAI
Location: Shanghai
We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Account Manager / Consultant who is well-versed in media relations and social media strategy, specifically within the B2B technology sector. The ideal candidate will be capable of overseeing multiple clients and managing a small team, with a strong understanding of budgeting and client management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead the overall business objective-oriented communication plans for fast growing technology clients (startups to mid-size businesses, including unicorns)
- Develop and execute strategic communication plan for clients in support of their business objectives
- Lead the ideation and organize the development of diversified and compelling content with effective communication results for clients in mind, including press releases, Q&As, social content, infographics, etc.
- Lead industry in-depth research, identify editorial opportunities and deliver outstanding earned media results for clients through placements, interviews, briefings and industry speaking opportunities
- Lead the development of new business proposals, working closely with the Directors and junior team members
- Manage, coach and grow the junior team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management and project management within the media relations and social media domain.
- Strong understanding of the B2B technology landscape, with experience working with clients in Software, Semiconductor, Robotics, IoT and related industries
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Some proficiency in budget management and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Native Mandarin Chinese with good English.
