Tl;dr:
Winbond, a leading company specializing in Specialty Memory for automotive, IoT, 5G, networking, and wearable devices, aims to expand its reach and engage with the audience through offline technology forums. In collaboration with partner NXP, Winbond plans to organize forums in Shenzhen and Shanghai. However, the challenge lies in effectively inviting the right audience and coordinating the event without a marketing team in mainland China. Preparations such as venue selection, design, audience invitation, and on-site support require professional assistance.
Influence Matters has been working closely with Winbond for years, and has a deep understanding of the target audience, the development of the industry, the distribution of industrial regions, and media resources. Based on the local characteristic industries, we selected Elecfans for audience invitation in Shenzhen and EET-China in Shanghai. At the same time, to ensure the required number of attendees, we estimated the attendance rate based on past event experience to correspondingly increase the number of audience invitations.
In terms of event support, based on Influence Matters’s experience in offline conferences, this event provided a great experience for the audience in terms of venue selection, registration, and check-in systems, etc.
Furthermore, IM designed the event theme and visual identity, conveying the collaboration between Winbond and its partners to consistently provide customers with high-quality and innovative solutions.
Winbond gained many high-quality potential customers, with over 500 registered attendees and 165 attendees present, of which over 70% were qualified leads. In addition, during the promotion phase, Elecfans and EET-China promoted the event through various forms such as websites, EDM, WeChat Official Accounts, and SMS, which attracted the target audience to attend and increased Winbond’s brand exposure to some extent.
